Frank Rodriguez
Agency Owner
Frank moved to Gig Harbor with his wife and family in 1998. His favorite pastimes are hanging out with friends, camping and boating.
Frank is our commercial lines expert. He is a co-founder of our agency joining in 2008. He specializes in hard to place industries, specialty insurance and bonds. He is passionate about his job and loves what he does.
Alyssa Rodriguez
Agency Owner
Alyssa moved to Gig Harbor in 1998. She is a Pacific NW native, where she grew up in Portland, Oregon, and graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She is a proud mother of two daughters and has been married for over 30 years. She loves walking her dogs, hiking and boating in the harbor.
Alyssa is a co-founder of our agency, starting the company in 2007. She specializes in personal, health and life insurance. She offers a consultative approach to all personal policies – and will help review your auto, home, health, and life insurance needs.
Susie Ross
Medicare Insurance Specialist
Susie is a proud 4th generation resident of Gig Harbor where her family immigrated from Croatia in 1880. She is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Administration in Management Information Systems. Susie’s entire concentration at Sound Insurance is Medicare. She appreciates the opportunity to use her 43 years of healthcare experience to assist individuals who currently have Medicare or are newly transitioning into Medicare. Susie is married with 2 children. She enjoys doing anything that involves her family and friends.
Annie Lovrovich
Accountant
Annie was born and raised in Gig Harbor. She is a mom of twin girls. She has coached Peninsula High School volleyball and basketball teams for over 20 years. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Sociology from WSU.
Annie is our Bookkeeper and Commercial Lines Account Manager. She joined our team in March of 2015, with over 20 years of bookkeeping experience.
Zach Leinan
Personal Lines Agent
Zach grew up on the Kitsap Peninsula, and graduated from South Kitsap High in 2015. Before getting into the insurance industry in late 2024, he worked as a Chef and helped a friend open a restaurant. Zach now lives in Bellingham with his wife and dog. He enjoys the outdoors and trying new foods and restaurants.
Sophia Rodriguez
Sophia was born and raised in Gig Harbor, and is a graduate of Gig Harbor High School. Sophia joined our team in the summer of 2022, and is a licensed agent specializing in Commercial Risk. She enjoys traveling, going to concerts, indulging in chocolate and spending time with her dogs. Clearly, she does NOT enjoy having her picture taken, so we had to improvise.
Hannah Winkelman
Hannah was born and raised in Gig Harbor and graduated from Gig Harbor High School in 2018. When she’s not working, she enjoys hanging out with friends, walking her dog, or crafting. She is also busy planning her wedding; she is engaged to be married in June 2026. Hannah is a licensed insurance agent, specializing in Personal Lines.
