Highly recommend. Susie helped us immensely through setting up our Medicare Part B and all the stuff that goes with that. It can be very complex, but she handled it with ease. All we had to do was decide what was best for us and she guided us through that. Wonderful experience.

We found Sound Business Insurance after the independent broker we’d been with for 20 years failed to help us when Liberty Mutual dropped coverage for our hotel – not just ours, but all hotels. We’ve never filed a loss claim, and we’ve always made our policy payments on time. Frank Rodriquez and his team went to bat for us. Not only did they help us understand the insurance market better, they were also able to offer us an equivalent policy for a third less than what we’ve been paying Liberty Mutual. My sole regret is that we didn’t find Sound Business when they first opened in 2008.

By far this agency has the best rates and the bang for you buck. Ask for Frank , he was honest and transparent which is paramount to an healthy business relationship. If you have questions or concerns, never hesitate to ask because Frank will take the time to explain and answer. I only wished someone told me about Frank sooner because he will find policies no one else is willing to share and experienced with policies for trades in construction which is demanding.

As a senior I can testify insurance premiums have increased this year to where we can no longer afford them. I tried researching companies on the internet myself, so frustrating!! I am so happy wth the service Alyssa has provided. We had a life change and needed to purchase health insurance and was very overwhelmed trying to figure it out online ourselves. Alyssa found a great plan through the exchange for us. It was about 400 less than what I expected to pay. Then, about 2 months later, our car insurance through Geico went up 150% for no apparent reason! We'd been with them for over 20 years. But Alyssa was able to find a plan that was 1/3 the cost of Geico with the same benefits. I have already started recommending Alyssa to friends. Thank you again!

I am so impressed with this agency. Alyssa helped me with my purchase on the exchange last year when I couldn't even get other companies to return my calls. This year my mom needed help with her Medicare choice because the plan she was on wouldn't cover her Parkinson doctor anymore. Susie spent 2 and 1/2 hours with my mom helping her find a plan that would cover ALL 9 of my mom's doctors and the plan is even maybe a little cheaper.

Alyssa Rodriguez has been a great help! I was paying month to month and stumbled across her company and they sent me to her and I have not regretted the decision. I was thankfully in the position to be able to buy a policy for a whole year and got an agreeable rate and coverage that met all my needs while also saving me over $1,000 in the course of the year. Also, when my current policy was up she helped me get a shorter term policy with more coverage after I had my car accident, which honeslt surprsied me as I got a siimlar rate but more extensive coverage. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the coverage I needed and didn't push me to get any other plans that did not benefit me. If you go anywhere, go to Sound Business Insurance and ask for Alyssa!

This is by far my favorite insurance business. Alyssa and the team have been super helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me initially without asking much of me.
